Since 1999, we have collectively developed numerous and exciting real estate development projects. Initially, we started out in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where we purchased C-class historic apartment buildings for redevelopment into high end condominiums . Our condo conversion projects were located in Washington and Rittenhouse Squares and Society Hill. Our mission was to create livable contemporary spaces in old historic mansions.  As our company grew laterally,  in 2002 we ventured into redevelopment of C-class office buildings. We turned these spaces into luxurious lofts that utilized eco-friendly design and materials. We were one of the very first companies to do that in Philadelphia. Through different partnerships we continued to grow our company and its vision and extended ourselves to other cities including NYC, Miami, Los Angles and Pittsburgh. We have since shifted our focus to investment grade properties in core urban areas.   To date, we operate various holding such as office buildings, warehouses, multi-family rentals and parking facilities.  Currently, our focus is to purchase unique properties that have upside potential for adaptive re-use.
